Our products are handmade, that is why the colors may vary as well as the measures may vary from 4 to 8 mm approximately.
MALAU® only makes exchanges due to manufacturing defects. The maximum time limit for exchanging goods due to a manufacturing defect is 7 calendar days. The warranty starts to apply from the date of the delivery of your order. The change can be requested by sending an email to contacto@malaumx.com.
To make an exchange the product must be in its original packaging with its accessories and the corresponding guide.
The products must have care in its use because they are made with leather. Stains, scratches, scuffs, sun discoloration, are not considered as manufacturing defects. No exchanges will be made on products that have been exposed to any improper use or climatic changes.
We do not accept exchanges and returns of products purchased in other channels other than www.malaubyanalaurago.com.
