International Shipping Policies

MALAU® 

The delivery time of the products is approximately 3 to 7 days in USA and Canada, in the rest of the world from 4 to 8 business days in standard shipping, once your payment has been confirmed. If your payment is confirmed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, delivery time is available the next business day after your payment is confirmed.

All orders that are confirmed after 3:00 p.m. (Mexico time) will be counted as official delivery time from the next business day.

MALAU® is responsible for the merchandise up to the moment of delivery, MALAU® is not responsible for any delay or any external condition that makes impossible the estimated delivery dates of the product. In this case MALAU® will only serve as a support in order to facilitate the claim process through our email go@malau.mx .

Extra customs duties and taxes will be charged directly to the customer by the logistics company through which the purchased part is shipped.
